John Webster and Kim Morgan are pioneers in the 'new profession' of executive coaching and have designed and developed the CEONCR concepts over a 5 year period.   They have probably more than 20,000 hours combined coaching experience over a 20 year period working from FTSE 50 Chairman level right through to teenagers. Together they have trained close to 200 directors and executives in the Post Graduate level process that is the cornerstone of CEONCR membership.

Specialised Executive  Career Coach for 12 years working from FTSE 50 Chairmen level. 8 years experience and training in psychology, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, and linguistics. Close to award, and probably one of the first coaches in UK to achieve, a Masters degree (MA) in Executive Coaching Psychology.

Kim Morgan. Principal & Founder of Barefoot Coaching and The Coaching Circle group of 40 business coaches. 18 years experience and certification in psychotherapy, NLP, hypnotherapy and counselling. Awaiting award of one of the UK's first Masters Certificates in Coaching Psychology. Clients range from  Government Ministerial level and PLC Chairmen, through professional partnerships to line managers and teams in public and private sectors
