Coach Credentials and Training
Credentials and certified training process
CEONCR coaches come from a successful career that included one or more appointments as Chairman, CEO or MD of minimum £30m turnover. Many have run more than £500m turnover PLCs and/or have multiple non executive chair/directorship portfolios. (See Associate Group Coach list)
Other have been highly successful CEOs or MDs or senior directors with specialised functional skills including Private Equity, Corporate Finance, HR, IT, H&S, Sales & Marketing, International Operations, M&S; others are senior directors from entrepreneurial SMEs
Each director has to embark on an intensive study programme structured to take them to award of a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and use of the designatory letters PGCert Exec Coach which is a Masters level award independently supervised and certified by Chester University.

Note During the initial training phase, each coach will have practiced the CEONCR process with at least 30 Chairmen, CEOs and senior directors. Over the 4 years evolution of the programme many have developed substantial executive coaching experience and long term client relationships. |
